Pricing and Availability

All items are subject to availability. Customers will be notified if an item is not in stock and an indication of delivery will be given wherever possible. We cannot guarantee that items are in stock, nor that prices are accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice , both merchandise and shipping.

Shipping

Although every reasonable effort is made to ship orders in a timely fashion, delays can occur and Ace Cafe London takes no responsibility for any delays in order shipment. We will endeavour to ship within 28 days of your order being placed.

Returns

Ace Cafe London accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased on the web site. All items must be in a new, unworn condition. All returns of undamaged goods must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and will be exchanged or refunded in full. There are no refunds for non-defective goods after 30 days. Regarding all returns, Ace Cafe London will not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Payment

Payment by credit card is taken once the goods are ready for shipment. Customers paying by bank transfer will have their orders shipped once payment in full has been received.
